A regular practice of a physical activity or a sport is beneficial to physical health, because it:

  • improves the cardiorespiratory system,
  • contributes to have and to maintain a normal blood pressure,
  • increases the muscular strength,
  • increases the flexibity,
  • improves motor coordination,
  • allows to maintain a good bone mass,
  • stimulates the appetite,
  • improves the digestive and the excretory system,
  • diminishes the fat level,
  • diminishes the bad cholesterol rate,
  • allows to reach and to maintain a healthy weight,
  • increases the energy level.

Moreover, a regular practice of a physical activity or a sport:

  • reduces the risk of heart diseases,
  • reduces the risk of cerebral congestion,
  • reduces the risk of suffering back problems,
  • reduces the risk of being obese,
  • reduces the risk to be struck down by diabetes,
  • reduces the risk of suffering osteoporosis,
  • reduces the risk of dying prematurely,
  • keeps away many other diseases.
