Be active outside (a park in Prague, Czech Republik). In a great majority, we work, Monday to Friday, between four walls. In addition of living in this enclosed environment, we continually accumulate harmful effects of stress due to the work place and urban living (we understand each other). Therefore, it is vital for our health to get away from this lifestyle. The weekend is the privileged moment to escape and to evacuate stress.

A good solution is to combine an active life with open-air. Snow-shoeing, cross-country skiing and walking in the mountains are activities that we recommend you to do in order to breath the fresh air of nature. Observing birds and wildlife, collecting mushrooms or cutting some wood are also activities profitable for your health. While being active, you will get rid of stress.

If you cannot go to the open country or in a forested reserve, you should try to do an outside sport. For example, you can play soccer, football or hockey. Doing gardening or walking in a more quiet neighborhood are other alternatives. The important thing is to leave the house for a couple of hours so you can feel the fresh air, which will be good for you. Whether it is winter, autumn, summer or spring, it's always good to feel the warm sunshine.
