Try new activities
Thomas Kieller
Take the time to try new activities, even those which are less known to the public. Fencing, rock climbing, water-polo and walking in the mountains are pleasant activities to do.
The advantage of practicing new sports is that you solicit different qualities and abilities. Indeed, it's not the same muscles which are used from one sport to another. By practicing many activities, you will develop a large range of physical qualities. In addition, you will be able to change ideas by breaking off with the routine.
Moreover, when you are training, it is not necessary to limit yourself to traditional activities, such as running, swimming, bicycling and exercise in a gymnasium. You can have a good training by doing cross-country skiing, soccer exercises, etc. You must be open-minded to other activities.
