Sports and physical activities lists

All of us understand the importance to choose a physical activity or a sport which corresponds to our taste and needs.
We propose to you to practice many of the activities shown in these five lists:
- individual sports,
- team sports,
- gymnasium exercises,
- outdoor physical activities,
- house chores.
Individual sports *
Aerobic dance,
Archery,
Badminton,
Bicycling (competitive, excursion or mountain),
Billiards,
Boxing,
Bowling,
Canoeing,
Cross-country running,
Fencing,
Figure skating,

Gymnastics,
Horseback riding,
Kayaking,
