Encourage others to be active
Thomas Kieller
If you are a sportsman or a sportswoman, it will be great that you share your passion with your immediate entourage. Your friends who are a little bit hesitant to move will not refuse your invitation, and they will have pleasure to be active with you.
It suffices to ask them to participate in a physical activity to change the monotonous rhythm. With tact, it is always appropriate to ask your friends to be active.
Besides, it's really important to help each other, because it is difficult to stay active year after year. There will be days where your will feel not at your ease. In those more arduous moments, nothing equals the support of a good comrade who encourages you to remain active. Therefore, it's important to encourage others to move; we all win a great deal by living actively.
It is hoped that all will find deep within themselves to perform well and encourage others by example.
